We provide credentialed, evidence-based support through DONA-certified doulas, ensuring dignified and empowering birth experiences. Funded through Medicaid reimbursement, grants, donations, and scholarships, UDAP removes financial barriers to doula care and makes compassionate birth support accessible to every family—because every birth deserves advocacy, dignity, and a voice.
